I would hate to see a thread like this make every new player and noob re-roll there character to make a completely unbalanced perception and intell based character. your amount of skill points in this for engineering electronics and mechancs are fiarly low my character is 24M sp roughly close to yours used in this and its a combat character (granted with some more rounded stuff as well) i have 3M in electronics alone (all that electronivs skill points are combat related,that should bump my need for memory a bit)
in your final skillset you complete left out learning skills... "Final skillset: 710K Drones, 3.5M Elec/Eng/Mech, 12M Gun/Missile/SpaceComm (T1 and T2 ships included), 1.5M Industry, 1M Nav, 2M Science, 600K Social, 300K Trade, 500K Leadership"
i dont really know if you opted to omit training up these skills in your program... you do state train non-charisma learning skills... but its not in your total skill set, again higher memory makes your learning skills train faster.
continueing on my first point if you are new to eve or thinking of rerolling your character i would advice not to do it unless you are gona reroll on completely unbalanced character into something more even. everyone changes what they plan to do in eve, several times no less so dont trap yourself, if you decide to train leadership skills (PVP) later on and have looked at this thread and screwed your character charisma and willpower wise have fun. and never forget about new skills or changes, if/when ccp releases some new skill set with alot of high ranked skills using willpower as the primary you are gona be complaining how "bad your characters starting atributes are".
this post is probably a gramatical mess and with horrible spelling but you get the idea. dont think because you dont have uber high perception and intel your character is doomed, well rounded FTW.
PS. this is not a flame thread, deileon did some nice work figuring this out for us, its some usefull information. i just want to warm new people that atm for a combat character perception and willpower are king but thats only ATM and what if you decide you dont want to be a combate character?
